We’ve been named to this list every year since 2020, and 2026 makes seven years in a row. This year it sits right next to another honor from this fall. Nashville Scene readers voted us Best Pest Control Company in Best of Nashville 2026.

Rankings aren’t a reason to hire anyone on their own. But they can tell you a few useful things. Here’s what we’d look for if we were choosing:

  • Staying power. Termite warranties and renewals run for years. You want a company that will still be around to stand behind them.
  • Local ownership. Local owners answer to their neighbors. Ask who owns the company and where the office is.
  • Proof, not promises. Look for verifiable details: years in business, state certification, BBB rating and real reviews. Be wary of “#1” or “best” with nothing behind it.
