Nashville Scene Readers Voted U.S. Pest Protection Best Pest Control Company in Best of Nashville 2026

ByErica Brister

Nashville Scene readers have voted U.S. Pest Protection the Best Pest Control Company in the 2026 Best of Nashville Readers’ Poll. For a family-owned company that started in Sumner County in 1985, being chosen by the people we serve means more than any award we could apply for.

Chosen by Readers, Not Judges

Best of Nashville is the Nashville Scene’s annual celebration of the city’s favorites, and the Readers’ Poll is decided entirely by votes from people across Middle Tennessee. We won in the Home & Garden section, alongside the plumbers, roofers, and landscapers Nashvillians trust with their homes. Nobody at U.S. Pest filled out an application or made a pitch. Our customers, neighbors, and friends took the time to vote, and that’s what makes this one special.

We’ve always said we’re not in the bug business, we’re in the people business. An award decided by people is the best proof of that we could ask for.

This award belongs to our customers and our team. Our customers trusted us with their homes and businesses, and then took the time to vote for us. And our Pest Pros earn that trust every single day, one front door at a time. Thank you, Nashville.

What We Think You Voted For

We can’t know exactly why each person voted, but we have a good idea of what people tell us they appreciate:

  • A real person answers. There’s no call center. During business hours, you reach someone on our local team who knows Middle Tennessee.
  • Pest Pros in pressed shirts and logoed ties. It’s how we show that we take your home as seriously as you do.
  • We never sell what you don’t need. Every service starts with a free inspection and a plain-language explanation of what we found.
  • The Whatever It Takes Guarantee. If pests come back between visits, so do we, at no charge. If you’re still not happy, we refund your last service, and if that doesn’t fix it, we’ll pay a competitor to help.
  • Forty-one years in Middle Tennessee. We’re family- and female-owned, and our story started right here in Sumner County.

Thank You, Middle Tennessee

To every customer who voted, thank you. To the Pest Pros, office team, and commercial crew who made those votes possible, thank you even more. The best way we know to say it is to keep doing the work the same way tomorrow.

If you haven’t worked with us yet, we’d love to show you what Nashville Scene readers were talking about. Call 615-590-1260 or schedule a free inspection.
