How a quarterly visit works
Most pest problems inside a home start outside, so every visit begins at the exterior.
- Check in. Your Pest Pro asks whether you’ve seen anything inside since the last visit, and where.
- Inspect and treat the outside. We work the perimeter, entry points, and the spots where pests gather and get in, and clear cobwebs and wasp nests within reach.
- Treat inside as needed. If there’s activity inside, we take care of it during the same visit.
- Plan ahead. We tell you what we did and which pests the coming season will bring.
Each visit renews the protective barrier around your home and adjusts treatments for the season ahead. Because quarterly visits are spaced about three months apart, call us if you notice pests in between. Those service calls are free.
