How often should my home be treated for pests?
Most homes do well with quarterly or every-other-month service. Homes with heavy pest pressure, like wooded or waterfront lots, often benefit from monthly service. We’ll recommend a schedule after your free inspection.
What pests are covered in a regular plan?
Our home pest plans cover ants, cockroaches, spiders, crickets, and other common household pests. Mice and rats, brown recluse spiders, bed bugs, termites, mosquitoes, and ticks need specialized treatment.
What happens if I see pests between visits?
Call us. If pests come back between scheduled visits, we’ll come back and re-treat at no extra cost.
Do you treat inside my home?
Yes, when needed. Most of the work happens outside, where we create a treated barrier around your home, and we treat inside where pests are active.
Do I need to be home for service?
Not always. Exterior service can usually be done while you’re away. We’ll schedule a time with you when we need to treat inside.
What should I do to prepare if I have kids or pets?
Your technician will tell you what to expect before any treatment, including how long to keep kids and pets away from treated areas. Most exterior treatments need only a short wait until surfaces dry.
Why do I see more bugs after a treatment?
It’s common to see some pest activity for a week or two after the first treatment, as pests are driven out of hiding. If activity continues after that, call us and we’ll come back.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. We only require 12 months of service in order to treat for your pests
What is the Whatever It Takes Guarantee?
If pests come back between visits, we’ll re-treat for free. If we still can’t solve the problem, we’ll give you a full refund or pay a competitor to solve it.
