Why public buildings need a different approach

Public buildings see more traffic than most offices. Doors open all day, deliveries come and go, and break rooms and trash areas serve dozens of employees.

A mouse in the lobby or a roach in a restroom doesn’t stay quiet for long. It becomes a complaint from the public, and your staff need records showing what was done about it.

That’s why every government program we run is built on prevention, discreet service and written records you can pull up when someone asks.

Facilities we serve:
  • City halls and municipal offices
  • County administrative buildings
  • Utility district offices and facilities
  • Parks, recreation centers and community centers
  • Public libraries
  • Maintenance garages and storage buildings

What every government program includes

  • Interior service for offices, lobbies, restrooms, break rooms and meeting rooms
  • Exterior perimeter protection around foundations, entries and landscaping
  • Rodent monitoring at loading areas, trash enclosures and ground-level entries
  • Integrated pest management (IPM): inspection, exclusion and sanitation first, with targeted treatments where needed
  • Service before opening, after hours or on weekends, so the public never sees us
  • Written service reports after every visit
  • Product labels and safety data sheets on request
  • 24-hour emergency response when a problem can’t wait
  • Callbacks between visits at no extra cost, backed by our Whatever It Takes Guarantee

Records you can count on

Public facilities answer to more people than most businesses. After every visit, you get a written report showing which areas we serviced, what we found and what we recommend. For larger facilities, we also provide device maps and trend reports.

Need paperwork for vendor setup? We provide certificates of insurance.

Government Pest Control FAQs

Can you service our building after hours?

Yes. Most public buildings are serviced before opening, after close or on weekends, so employees and visitors aren’t disrupted.

What documentation do we receive?

A written report after every visit shows which areas we serviced, what we found and what we recommend. Device maps, trend reports, product labels and safety data sheets are available on request.

Do you provide certificates of insurance?

Yes. We provide certificates of insurance for vendor setup.

Are your treatments safe around employees and the public?

Yes. We use integrated pest management, with targeted treatments in cracks, crevices and bait stations instead of broad spraying. We schedule service when the public isn’t present.

Can you service more than one facility?

Yes. We can cover multiple buildings under one program, with reporting by location and one point of contact.

How much does government pest control cost?

It depends on the size and type of facility, the pests involved and how often it needs service. After a free walkthrough, we give you a written plan and price.

What happens if pests come back between visits?

Call us. Callbacks between scheduled visits are included under our Whatever It Takes Guarantee.
