Our New Website: Easier Ways to Find Answers and Reach Our Team

We’ve rebuilt uspest.com from the ground up to make it easier to find answers, compare options, and reach our team. Since late September, we’ve rewritten our service pages, added new guides for homeowners and businesses, and made it simpler to call or message a real person on our local team. Here’s what’s new.

Clearer Service Pages for Homes

Every major residential service page has been rewritten with what you actually want to know: what we treat, how our process works, what’s included, and answers to common questions. You’ll also find our three plan options, Monthly, Every Other Month, and Quarterly, explained side by side.

A Full Section for Businesses

Our commercial pest control section now has dedicated pages for the businesses we serve, including restaurants, retail stores, schools, hospitals and senior living, hotels, food trucks and touring buses, and green buildings. Commercial service pages for bed bugs, flies, spiders, mosquitoes, and bird removal explain exactly what we do and include free prevention checklists your team can download.

Our blog now includes Middle Tennessee Pest News, with seasonal alerts and field reports about what our Pest Pros are seeing across the region, from fall rodent season to spring termite swarms. We’ll keep adding new reports throughout the year.

Easier Ways to Reach Us

Our updated Contact page lists all three offices with tap-to-call phone numbers and directions, along with which office serves your area. There’s still no call center. During business hours, you’ll reach a real person on our local team, and after hours, we’ll call you back.

What Hasn’t Changed

We’re still the same family-owned Tennessee company that has served Middle Tennessee since 1985, with Pest Pros in pressed button-down shirts and logoed ties and every service backed by our Whatever It Takes Guarantee. The website is new. The way we treat our customers isn’t.
