The Tennessee Honey Festival was founded in 2017 by U.S. Pest Protection President & CEO Erica Brister. Who will actually come to my home?
A U.S. Pest technician who passed a background check and drug screen before being hired, and who continues to get random drug screens. Every technician is state certified and trains with us for one to three months before treating a home alone.
How are your technicians trained?
New technicians spend one to three months in hands-on training before their first solo visit. After that, the whole team trains every week. Many of our team members hold additional licenses in general pest control (GRC), termites (WDO) and public health.
What is the Whatever It Takes Guarantee?
If you’re not happy with a service, we’ll refund your last service and re-treat for free. If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll pay for a competitor to help.
Is your pest control safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Our technicians use targeted treatments and explain any precautions before they leave, so your family and pets can get back to normal quickly.
What service plans do you offer?
We offer Monthly, Every Other Month and Quarterly plans. Monthly Pest Control starts at $60 a month.
Do you remove spider webs?
Yes. On regular service visits, our technicians clear webs from your eaves and exterior with 30-foot mops at no extra charge.
