Our Family Reunions Begin In The Crawlspace

An encapsulation service from U.S. Pest Protection isn’t merely one of our guys coming over to place some stark white sheeting under your house and running off to the next one as quickly as they came. While we do enjoy making as many people happy as humanly possible, the key word is happy.

Here’s what you can expect when you’re expecting us: First, we will completely clean your crawlspace of debris. Next, we seal off any openings, cracks, and holes that air can enter in from and fit custom styrofoam covers over any vent openings. Once your crawlspace has been prepped we will treat the foundation walls, floor joists, and subfloor with anti-fungal and termite control solutions. Finally, we install ploy sheeting on the walls, around supports, and cover the ground. Then we place a dehumidifier in the crawlspace for maximum moisture removal.

If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. We’ll do whatever it takes to make sure your encapsulation service is a stellar experience.
